To expand the company’s expertise, in 2013 Premier Concrete Surfaces acquired the decorative concrete division of Blue Jack Concrete Surfaces, a well-known concrete finishing company based in Knoxville since 1996. The company also acquired Concrete Art and Design in 2014.
